Mars in Aries: Taking the first step and speaking directly

A challenge may quickly become something you want to act on. You might make an approach, put yourself forward for a task or begin an unfamiliar activity. Taking a definite step can be more appealing than leaving the intention as a discussion.

Your expression may be equally direct. You might say what you want, state an objection openly or make a decision that gives you room to act independently. A feeling of urgency can enter the conversation alongside the wish to get moving.

The difficult part can be allowing time before the response becomes action. You might speak on impulse, push a decision through quickly or take a forceful position before considering another view. Being ready to begin and being ready to hear an alternative may require different amounts of attention.
