What it means
Ganda signature: knot/tangle signature; obstacles that require unraveling; often family-lineage karma. Muhurta application: avoid this nitya yoga for corresponding life-initiations. Natal application: compensate the signature via consistent dharma-practice + appropriate deity worship (Vishnu for spiritual-storm yogas, Ganesha for obstacle yogas, Shiva for pain/knot yogas). This is a pattern named in the classical texts. It is not a verdict, and many people who have it live happily.
