What it means
Wealth in Jyotish is never one placement. Readers look for several signals and ask how many agree. This rule does the same.
The five signals: the 2nd lord in a kendra or trikona; the 11th lord in a kendra or trikona; Jupiter in a kendra or trikona; Venus in an own, exalted or friendly sign; and the Lagna lord holding a shadbala ratio of 1 or more, which means it meets the minimum strength the classical texts ask for.
The rule passes when any three of the five are true, which about 6 charts in 10 do. That "at least three" is a single setting on one node of the rule. Change the number to 2 or 4 and the rule becomes looser or stricter.
Open the rule after running it. The step-by-step log shows which signals matched and which did not. That list is more useful than the pass or fail.
