Ketu in the 5th house: Studying beliefs while losing interest in the spotlight

A philosophical question may draw you into sustained study. You might return to a book about belief, compare interpretations of a spiritual idea or want to understand the reasoning behind a religious practice. The subject can hold your attention beyond what is needed for an immediate practical task.

Being seen as the author of something impressive may hold less appeal. You might set aside a display, lose interest in a performance or stop pursuing the recognition attached to a creative activity. The idea and the wish to present it publicly do not always remain equally engaging.

Spiritual study may also take a larger share of your time. You might choose reading or an observance over a social activity, or spend longer with a subject while becoming less involved in familiar leisure plans. The change concerns the time given to the subject and the time left for familiar leisure plans.
