Ketu in the 12th house: Private study and a quieter interest in material rewards

What it means
A question may draw you into study away from a public role. You might investigate a subject in detail, follow a difficult point through several books or keep notes on something you want to understand. The interest can remain worth pursuing without an immediate plan to present the work.
Spiritual inquiry may take a similar place. You might spend time reading about liberation, take part in contemplation or examine a teaching about how people relate to material life. The study can concern what you want to remain attached to, as well as what you want to know.
Material comforts may receive less of your attention. You might put aside a wish for a more luxurious setting or feel less interested in a possession that once seemed important. Time that could have gone into acquiring something can instead go into the private subject or practice you are exploring.
