Classical definition: Putra Bhava (the 5th house) is a rashi of Shukra and is occupied by Shukra himself, while Mangala is in Labha Bhava. In modern terms: Venus is in the 5th house, and that house is Taurus or Libra, a sign Venus rules. Mars is in the 11th house.
