Classical definition: For one born with a Sthira (fixed) rashi rising: Shukra in a Kendra, Chandra in a Kona together with a benefic, and Shani in Karma Bhava. In modern terms: The rising sign is Taurus, Leo, Scorpio or Aquarius. Venus is in the 1st, 4th, 7th or 10th house. The Moon is in the 1st, 5th or 9th house, in the same sign as Jupiter, Venus or Mercury. Saturn is in the 10th house.
