Classical definition: One among Chandra, Guru, Shukra and Budha is exalted in Dhana Bhava. In modern terms: At least one of the Moon, Jupiter, Venus or Mercury is in its sign of exaltation (the Moon in Taurus, Jupiter in Cancer, Venus in Pisces, Mercury in Virgo) and is in the 2nd house.
