Classical definition: Putra Bhava (the 5th house) is a rashi of Mangala and is occupied by Mangala himself, while Shukra is in Labha Bhava. In modern terms: Mars is in the 5th house, and that house is Aries or Scorpio, a sign Mars rules. Venus is in the 11th house.
