Rahu in the 1st house: Wanting an image that stands apart from the crowd

How you present yourself may become an active project. You might choose a distinctive look, emphasise an unusual part of your background or want an introduction to show what sets you apart. The interest is in having a recognisable identity rather than simply joining in unnoticed.

Being seen as a pioneer or an early participant may also appeal. You might want to be associated with a new activity, take pride in being first to try an approach or present yourself as someone who challenges a familiar convention. The image of being original can receive as much attention as the activity itself.

The image may remain a work in progress. After changing one part of your presentation, you might start looking for another way to appear more distinctive or impressive. Recognition may not settle the wish to stand out; the version of yourself you want to show can keep moving ahead.
